Our Beginning

Our founder, Carl J. Hill, was a pioneer in the development of poultry processing automation for the fledgling poultry industry.  He was the inventor of peeler rolls and the first to develop an effective gizzard-processing machine.

In 1969, Hill & Sons, Inc. opened for business as a research and development shop devoted to developing gizzard equipment and manufacturing its replacement parts.  In 1981, under the trade name, Hill Parts, the company began to concentrate all of its capabilities on the manufacture of spare parts for a variety of poultry processing machines.  Since then, the company has carved a unique niche as the leading manufacturer of spare parts within the poultry industry.

Our Promise
Hill Parts was and is the only major manufacturing facility dedicated solely to the manufacture of spare parts for poultry processors.  Our experience as an original equipment manufacturer and the values learned from our founder are the legacy of excellence upon which Hill Parts is built.  We believe the customer is the reason we are in business, and therefore deserves defect-free products, outstanding support and fair prices.  And we put our money where our mouth is.  Our products are guaranteed to be defect-free and perform as well or better than the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).  We recently attained ISO 9001:2000 certification to further assure the quality of every part we manufacture.  Currently we have over ninety employees dedicated to meeting customer requirements through continuous improvement.  Our employees continue to be Hill Parts’ greatest resource.
