He was the inventor of peeler rolls and the first to develop an effective gizzard-processing machine. In 1969, Hill & Sons, Inc. opened for business as a research and development shop devoted to developing gizzard equipment and manufacturing its replacement parts.
In 1981, under the trade name, Hill Parts, the company began to concentrate all of its capabilities on the manufacturing of spare parts for a variety of poultry
